wide variety helpful staff equipped gym outdated rooms damp room door issue

The hotel offers a great breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff were very nice and quite helpful . I found a well-equipped gym on the premises. There was also a tennis court available .

The rooms felt a bit outdated for the price that I paid. The air conditioning in my room kept condensing. Everything felt damp. This. I also noticed flies getting inside because the doors didn't close properly.

the location was spot on for exploring the area nearby.

the room was not great. the balcony door had a large gap, letting mosquitoes into my room. it made relaxing on the balcony impossible and sleeping difficult.

great variety fresh item unsealed door insect problem

The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious items. There was something for everyone.

The balcony door had a sign that said to keep it closed to avoid insects! The door itself was not sealed. It had many openings where mosquitoes could enter.

unique bar excellent housekeeping inconvenient policy towel problem

i found the location is great, it is right at the south end. the bar was unique and a fun place to end the evening. everyone was friendly and competent at the bar. everything was neat, clean and the housekeeping do a GREAT work.

the reception staff seemed unhelpful after i lost my room keys, it was frustrating. their lack of assistance make the situation more stressful. plus, the policy of just one towel per guest created some inconvenience. it was especially difficult after using the swimming pool.
